Our COO & CCO, Craig, has extensive experience in both construction and maintenance. Starting his career in critical data centres he has grown and developed into a successful business leader. With a likeminded vision and ethos to business Craig brings a wealth of knowledge and drive to ensure he and our team deliver the most efficient and personalised customer service.

Our Operational Co-ordinator, Farah, manages our team of remote and office-based Helpdesk Assistants. Farah has spent the past decade honing her skills and gaining experience in leading successful teams and streamlining operations for businesses of all sizes. Attention to detail and effective communication are key attributes. As a leader, Farah builds strong relationships with her team and customers alike, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

HELPDESK CO-ORDINATOR
I am a reactive service co-ordinator and I’m responsible for managing and coordinating reactive activities, ensuring timely response to service call-outs and efficient scheduling of engineers. This role involves quoting, planning, and monitoring remedial works following reactive visits, I am maintaining clear communication between clients, engineers, and management to deliver a high standard of service and customer satisfaction. I currently have 5 years of experience withing building ppm maintenance and reactive callouts. This includes schools, universities and office buildings within London area.
